About the LIVE Workshop
What happens at the LIVE Workshop?
I teach one piece of the Conscious Creation Method, then we practice it together in real time: finding the loop, learning the pause, interrupting the pattern while it is running. It is a working day, not a lecture. You leave having done the work once, with support, not just heard about it.
Do I have to share?
No. Sharing is invited, never required. No one is called on, and taking the day in quietly still counts as taking the day. Your nervous system sets the pace in every room I teach; that is not a courtesy, it is the method.
How much does the workshop cost?
The in-person day in Durham is $197 and the online session is $79. Every invitation states the price plainly before you commit to anything, and there is no urgency and no countdown, ever. If the price is ever the only thing in the way, write to me.
Is the LIVE Workshop therapy?
No. It is trauma recovery coaching and education, taught live. It sits comfortably alongside therapy, and many people bring what they practice here back into that work. If you are in crisis today, the workshop is not the right room; please use the crisis lines below.
