The first step

Request a free discovery call

A conversation, not a pitch. Choose a time that suits you, or start with a note. Both lead to the same unhurried call.

Choose a time

Pick whatever works. The call is free, 30 minutes, and there is nothing to bring except yourself.

Or start with a note

If choosing a time feels like too much today, tell me a little about where you are, in your own words. Nothing here is a test to pass, and nothing you write commits you to anything. It simply means our first conversation starts with me already knowing a piece of your story.

I reply here. Nothing else happens with it unless you choose to subscribe to the Sunday Letter separately.

However it comes out is fine. Two sentences or twenty.

Therapy, books, programs, white-knuckling it. All answers are honest answers.

About coaching, about me, about any of it. Naming it now means we can talk about it honestly.

Your words go directly to my inbox and nowhere else. The call itself is free, 30 minutes, and there is nothing to bring except yourself.

No surprises

What happens after you press send

  • 1. I read it. Actually me.

No assistant, no autoresponder sequence. If you wrote a note, I read your words and reply personally from coaching@carriepdavidson.com, usually within a day or two. If you booked a time directly, the call on your calendar is the reply.

  • 2. We talk, no script

30 minutes, free. You talk first and I listen. I reflect back the pattern I hear, explain how the ARC Program works, and answer the hard questions honestly.

  • 3. A plain answer

If it is a fit, I say so and show you what enrollment looks like. If it is not, I say that kindly and point you toward something better suited. I do not take everyone who reaches out.

  • 4. Room to decide

One follow-up note summarizing what we talked about. No chase, no countdown, no pressure. Deciding slowly is allowed here.
