Who this is for
You’ve done the reading. The pattern still runs.
The ARC Program is for people who understand their story and still find themselves living it, and who are done being told that understanding is enough, or that what they really need is more discipline, more willpower, or one more push.
-
The one who can name every pattern
You’re self-aware, you can explain your loops to anyone, and knowing hasn’t been enough.
-
The one who has talked it through
You’ve done good therapy, and the reaction still fires before the thinking can catch up.
-
The one everyone leans on
You hold everyone else, at work and at home, and you've never once been the one being held.
-
The one who is ready for company
You want to be accompanied, not fixed, and to build something new at the pace a nervous system actually changes.
Most people feel the pause arrive in the first month. Behavior follows in the second and third. The last weeks are for making it hold.
The shape of the work
Twelve weeks, two phases
Each week: one private session, one practice sized for your real life, and a line to me in between. The pace is yours.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1 to 6
Breaking the Loop
We map your specific pattern together, then build your pause, week by week, until it holds under real conditions. Witness, Understand, Interrupt.
-
Witness
Where you are now. The pattern you’re here to change, the moment it usually fires, and the first cue you can catch. We start your map.
-
Witness, continued
Turning toward the loop instead of away from it. What triggers it, what follows, and the story that repeats, seen while you’re still inside it.
-
Understand
Asking the pattern why. What it was for, what it once protected, and the room where it was installed. Compassion for the mechanism, not blame.
-
Interrupt
Activation is fast, choice is slower. We build the first gap between trigger and reaction, one breath at a time, with regulation practices sized for your week.
-
Interrupt, continued
Testing the pause between sessions and adjusting it on the call: what held, what didn’t, and what the body needs to make it hold longer.
-
The pause under real conditions
The conversation, the message, the day that usually runs the old way. By the end of week six your pattern map is complete and your pause has a shape you can feel.
Phase 2 · Weeks 7 to 12
Building Forward
Then we make the new pattern real in your daily life, choice by choice, with me beside you. Create, Build, Sustain.
-
Create
Finding your flow doorway: the state that is yours alone, that interrupts the loop at the level of the body. A garden, a walk, a page. Skill isn’t the point.
-
Create, continued
Making as daily medicine. Not to produce, to practice, so the new pathway gets walked often enough to start feeling like yours.
-
Build
Willpower isn’t a plan, structure is. A ritual, a weekly appointment, a pause card, a person. We design the scaffolding your new pattern will live in.
-
Build, continued
Choosing the new pattern in the exact places that used to run the old one, one honest choice at a time, with the map open between us.
-
Sustain
What happens when the old loop shows up again (it will), and how you return to the pause without starting over. Setbacks as information, not verdicts.
-
The map you leave with
Your cues, your pause, your practices, and a plan for the months after we finish. Not a goodbye, a commencement.
What’s included
Twelve weeks, accompanied the whole way.
This isn’t work you do alone. It’s a relationship with a nurse and coach who has been the patient, meeting you every week.
-
Twelve weekly private sessions
One hour a week, just you and me, for twelve weeks.
-
Between-session support
A line to me when the pattern shows up mid-week, so you’re not waiting seven days to be heard.
-
The ARC workbook
Written for this program only: a page for each movement of the Conscious Creation Method™, a practice for every week, and the pattern map you build across the twelve weeks.
-
Session notes
After each session, a short written note of what we found and what you’re practicing this week, so nothing rests on memory.
-
The map you leave with
By week twelve, a personal blueprint of your cues, your pause, and your practices. Yours to keep.
What changes
By week twelve, this is what’s different.
-
You feel the pause arrive in the moment, in the meeting, in the argument, in the text thread, instead of noticing three days later what you did.
-
You’ve done the interruption enough times under real conditions that it’s yours, not a technique you read about.
-
You can say what the pattern is, when it fires, and what it was built to protect, in plain words, so it stops running the show unseen.
-
The hard week comes, the old loop starts, and you know what to reach for on your own, without waiting for a session with me to sort it out.

Questions about the program
What does the workbook include?
The ARC workbook is written for this program and only this program. It’s built on the Conscious Creation Method™, with a page for each of the five movements, Witness, Understand, Interrupt, Create, and Build, and a practice for every week to carry between sessions. Over the twelve weeks you build your pattern map inside it: your cues, your pause, and the choices that replace the old automatic ones. There’s space for session notes alongside, so what we find together stays in one place. It isn’t sold or downloadable anywhere. It comes with the work, and with me.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m a registered nurse and certified trauma recovery coach, not a therapist. Coaching works present-and-forward on patterns, regulation, and building what comes next. It can walk beside therapy without replacing it, and for many people, it works alongside their existing care.
Virtual or in person?
Virtual, on Zoom, by default, so the program works wherever you live. If you’re in or near Durham, North Carolina, in-person sessions can be arranged. Say so on the call and we’ll work out what’s practical.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, and the program is built to hold that. Give me a week’s notice and the session moves, no penalty for the first one. Sessions are yours through the end of the twelve-week window plus two weeks of grace, so there’s room to catch up without the whole program sliding.
How much time will it take each week?
One 60-minute session per week, plus small, doable between-session practices, nervous-system work that fits into a real life. No homework guilt. The practices are the point, but they’re gentle by design.
What if I’m not sure it’s the right fit?
That’s exactly what the Clarity Call is for. It’s a free conversation, not a pitch. We find the honest fit together, and if the ARC Program isn’t it, I’ll point you somewhere that is, even if it isn’t me.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. The program is $3,000 paid in full, or three monthly payments of $1,000, and the total is the same either way. If cost is the sticking point, say so on the call and we’ll look at the options honestly, including the free places to begin.
Interrupt the patterns. Create a life worth living.
If your questions are answered and something in you is saying yes, the next step is a conversation.
