The Conscious Creation Cohort · Live, six weeks
Six weeks to stop the one pattern that keeps costing you the most.
Real change comes from understanding the person who’s already here rather than forcing yourself into someone new, and when you can finally see what’s driving you, you stop living on autopilot and start choosing on purpose.
You already know what you do. You’ve probably named it in therapy. This is where you practice interrupting it live, with me on the call and nine people who’ll recognize it in themselves before you finish the sentence, until your body can do it without you thinking first.

Who it’s for
For the part you keep putting off.
Most people mean every word of it when they decide to do this work, and then the weeks go by, because there’s nobody waiting and nothing on the calendar. The cohort puts both of those things in place: a date, a room, and people who’ll notice if you’re not there. It’s here for the person who wants company in the work without stepping into twelve weeks of private coaching.
Who this is for
You're the one who gets things done, the one people count on, the one who can figure out almost anything, and somehow you still end up back in the same old patterns you swore you were finished with, getting in your own way right when things start to go well. Over six weeks together, you'll learn why that keeps happening and build the pause that lets you choose differently, so your success finally feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
You’re stable, you know your story, and it keeps repeating anyway.
You want the pattern changed, not just named.
You’d rather practice with people than read about it alone.
Who this isn’t for
You’re in acute crisis or need diagnosis or treatment first. Licensed care comes before coaching, and I’ll say so plainly.
You aren’t willing to invest in yourself and your own healing.
The six weeks
From witnessing to integration, together.
Each week: a short teaching, one body-based practice, a gentle reflection, and the call where we work with what came up.
Week 1
Witness
You can't change what you can't see. Your three states, your first cue, your baseline numbers.
Week 2
Understand
From "what's wrong with me" to "what was this for." Trace the pattern with compassion.
Week 3
Interrupt
The hinge week. Build the pause between trigger and response until choice fits inside it.
Week 4
Create
Find your flow doorway and use making as daily medicine. Not to produce. To practice.
Week 5
Build
Willpower isn't a plan, structure is. A ritual, a weekly appointment, a pause card, a person.
Week 6
Integration
Re-take your week 1 numbers and watch the distance. A 60-day plan. Not a goodbye, a commencement.
After six weeks
What you leave with.
-
One loop you can catch while it’s running, not three days later.
-
The pause that works for your nervous system, practiced enough times that it’s yours.
-
A real moment from your own week where you did something different, with a room that watched you do it.
-
You start to notice your thoughts feel quieter and autopilot shows up less often, because you’ve practiced what to do the moment the old loop starts.
Your printed six-week journal is mailed to your door and is yours to keep, with every teaching, practice, and reflection in one place, so nothing disappears when the six weeks end.
All three doors
Which one is yours?
Same Method in all three. What changes is how much company you have while you do it.

Questions about the cohort
What actually happens over the six weeks?
The cohort has its own six weeks, written for a group moving together: Witness, Understand, Interrupt, Create, Build, Integration. You take a baseline in week one and re-measure with the same ten questions in week six, so you leave with your own numbers, not just a feeling. And you’re not doing it alone: a live call each week, at most ten people, a fixed start and a fixed end.
How much will I be asked to take part?
Taking part is how this works, so I’ll invite you in, and an invitation is something you can answer with “not this one.” The Cohort is where you practice interrupting the pattern out loud, with people who recognize it, so come with your camera on when you can and bring a moment from your week that you’d like to go differently. It doesn’t have to be the biggest one. You choose what you say and how much, every time.
What if I miss a week?
You won’t have fallen behind, because life doesn’t stop for a cohort and I don’t run it as though it should. Every call is recorded, the recordings are yours for life, and you can come back to the next call without explaining where you were.
Is this therapy?
No. This is trauma recovery coaching and education, not therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. It can walk beside care from a licensed professional. It doesn’t replace it. If you’re in crisis today, this isn’t the right room, and the crisis lines are below.
You are not broken. You are patterned. And patterns can change, and they change faster with people around you.
