Stage 1

Witness

Making the unconscious conscious.

You cannot change what you cannot see. The first work is observation, turning toward the loop rather than away from it, developing enough awareness to see the pattern while you are in it.

Stage 2

Understand

The mechanism underneath the pattern.

Once you can see the loop, the next work is understanding why it exists, to give it context, understand its survival function, and trace it back to where it was installed.

Stage 3

Interrupt

Building the pause.

The pause between stimulus and response is where freedom lives for a trauma survivor. Everything before the pause is nervous system. Everything inside the pause is choice.

Stage 4

Create

Finding your creative flow.

Creativity is the opposite of stuck trauma. This stage is about finding the specific state, unique to every person, that interrupts the loop at the neurological level and begins to build new neural pathways.

Stage 5

Sustain

Building the intentional life.

The daily, unglamorous, deeply worthwhile work of choosing Conscious Creation over and over again, long enough that the new pattern becomes as automatic as the old one was.

Core belief

Negative thoughts become words. Words become actions. Actions become patterns. Patterns become a life.
