Professional referrals

A clear next step for clients who understand the pattern and still live inside it.

Present-focused, non-clinical trauma recovery coaching that can sit alongside therapy without replacing it.

The honest fit

Coaching begins where clinical treatment leaves room for practice.

The ARC Program is designed for adults who are safe enough for present-and-forward work, can name much of their history, and want support practicing a different response in daily life.

Likely a fit

  • The client is stable and understands coaching is not treatment.
  • Insight is present, but the same relational, work, or regulation pattern repeats.
  • The client wants skills, practice, accountability, and a clear endpoint.
  • Therapy or medical care can continue alongside coaching when appropriate.

Another room comes first

  • There is acute risk, crisis, or a need for safety planning.
  • The client needs diagnosis, medication management, or clinical treatment.
  • The primary need is deep processing of traumatic memories.
  • The client cannot yet participate safely in present-focused practice.

The ARC Program

Twelve weeks, with a defined scope and endpoint.

ARC moves through Awareness, Regulation, and Creation: seeing the pattern, building the pause, and practicing what comes next. It includes twelve weekly private sessions, small between-session practices, and support between calls.

$3,000 paid in full or three monthly payments of $1,000. Coaching is not billable to insurance.

How a referral works

The client stays in charge of the first contact.

  1. Share

Send the client the ARC Program or discovery-call page.

  2. They choose

The client reaches out directly. Please do not send private clinical details.

  3. I assess fit

I explain the scope plainly and refer out when coaching is not the right room.

  4. We coordinate carefully

Communication with another provider happens only with the client’s written permission.

Professional boundaries

What my RN background does, and does not, mean here.

My nursing background informs how I understand stress physiology, scope, safety, and interdisciplinary care. The coaching itself is non-clinical. I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat mental illness, provide psychotherapy, or use my RN license to turn coaching into medical care.

When a client needs a licensed clinician, medical care, or crisis support, I say so and help them return to the appropriate lane.

A simple handoff

Share the information. Let the client decide.

If you have a scope or fit question before sharing the page, write to me without including identifying clinical information.
