The Pattern Reset
Ten minutes a day, for five days.
You took the quiz and it named your pattern. This is the part where you do something about it. Five short days of watching your pattern work in real time, finding where it lives in your body, building a pause you can actually reach for, and making one small new move. There's a reset written for each pattern, so the five days speak your body's language from day one.
What the five days hold
- Day 1 · See the Pattern (yours: the guard, the exit, the shelter, or the smoothing)
- Day 2 · Find It in Your Body
- Day 3 · Build the Pause
- Day 4 · One Small New Move, chosen for your pattern
- Day 5 · Your Pattern, Your Next Page
Each day has a thirty-second summary, a short teaching, and one practice. Ten minutes, maybe less. A new day opens every twenty-four hours, and if you miss one you haven't failed, you just have a day waiting for you.
You are not broken. You are patterned. And patterns can change.
What this is, and what it isn't
This is education and practice, written by a registered nurse who has also been the patient. It isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for mental health care. Five days doesn't undo a pattern that took years to build. What it can do is change your position, from being the weather to watching it.
If you're in crisis right now, you deserve live support rather than a challenge. In the US you can call or text 988, any hour.
Which reset is yours?
Your quiz result named it. Pick that one, and the five days are written in your body's language.
- Fight, for the one who guards: the heat, the sharp reply, paying for the fire twice.
Start the Fight reset, $27 - Flight, for the one who runs: the packed calendar, the tenth tab, never quite arriving.
Start the Flight reset, $27 - Freeze, for the one who stills: the fog, the task you can see but can't start.
Start the Freeze reset, $27 - Fawn, for the one who smooths: the automatic yes, the room-scan, the resentment bill.

And after the five days
Day 5 points you at the 5-week course written for your pattern, one for each type. Five days changes your position. Five weeks is where you work on the pattern itself. You get to decide if and when.
